Consulting Process...

I have found over the years that

The general consulting process is:

1. Submit an email to tplunkett@excelprosolutions.com to discuss your project/problem.  Please include the following:
   • Description of the project/problem
   • Your contact information including phone number & best time to reach
   • If you have a work in progress or a sample spreadsheet of the problem to be solved, please attach it to the email.
2. It is always my goal to respond within 24 hours.
3. I will provide an estimate of the effort to complete the project.
4. If the complexity of the project warrants it, I will document the requirements of the application to ensure our common understanding.
5. Upon obtaining your approval, I will proceed with the work. If at any time I feel the work will exceed the initial estimate, we will discuss and determine the desired approach moving forward.
6. As required, we will arrange for checkpoints throughout the development to be assured that  your expectations are being met.
7. Upon successful completion and your acceptance of the solution, you will be billed.
