This application was designed to allow for the user to quickly determine an estimated project plan cost and margin along with an associated duration timeline. Its design allowed for complete user discretion concerning the level of detail desired for task estimating. Once the tasks are loaded, the system provides information concerning: -Cost and Margin -Capital versus Expense Costs -Insourced versus Outsourced -Hardware, Software, Labor -Initial Project versus Ongoing -Graphical Breakdowns
