The purpose of this project was to provide a company’s sales organization a tool to accurately and quickly price a service offering.  Previous to the tool, many different methods were employed to arrive at pricing for the service and often times the quoted price was not profitable. Underlying the pricing assumptions of the tools are detailed time study models that are maintained by the company pricing administrator.
